LED UV surface drying on the turntable, workpiece rotation speed can be adjusted independently, 

printing position servo rotation, left and right screen frame servo push, manual material placement

on the conveyor belt roller, robot automatic Loading and unloading materials, and manually 

collecting containers.

Technical characteristics of the equipment:

1. Electromagnetic suction uses a cylinder to push forward and backward.

2. The unloading adopts a rotating suction cup to cooperate with front and rear scraping to ensure that the cover 

     can be unloaded while the cover body is stationary, Vertical discharging.

3. The back of the tooling shaft is locked with a threaded nut to adjust the shaft clearance.

4. After rotating the tooling shaft, add a round belt to adjust the tightness.

5. The screen printing screen frame combination is reinforced, and the front end of the print head is supported.
