JY-305 5-piece wine cap capping assembly production line

This machine uses a variable frequency motor to drive the divider to drive the tooling 

plate to move in a circular gap. The incoming and outgoing manipulators cooperate 

with the movements of the turntable for automatic clamping. The front and rear strokes 

and the up and down strokes can be adjusted. The inner three pieces adopt automatic 

material sorting and automatic loading. The clamp is assembled in automatic mode. 

Except for manually pouring the materials to be assembled into the vibration plate or 

elevator, the rest of the actions are all completed by machinery and PLC control. After 

the connection, the lower set and the same top cover are all manually loaded to adapt 

to different conditions. Cover-shaped products are basically universal for products of 

the same type. The inner three-piece assembly of the PE cap uses a servo motor to 

drive the pneumatic three claws for torque capping, which does not damage the cap 

and can tighten the cap.
