JY-201A Full Servo Flat Thermal Transfer Production Line

一， Equipment features:

This machine is mainly suitable for: thermal transfer process of wine bottle caps/plastic cap top sheets. 

The production speed can reach 45-50 pieces per minute.

Equipped with CCD visual inspection system, it can realize positioning transfer, code reading, 

character defect detection, two-dimensional positioning, and defective product removal in one go. 

It saves labor and is simple and convenient to operate.

二， Technical points and process flow of the equipment:

① Connect the power and air source of the machine; and press the power button on the operation panel. 

    When the green light is displayed, the power is connected;

② Start the operation button of the machine to put the machine in the state of waiting for printing;

③ Manually pour the workpiece to be transferred into the storage hopper of the elevator, and lift it 

     into the vibration plate through the elevator. The vibration plate automatically sorts the material, and

     sends the workpiece to be transferred to the shift plate position through a single air rail. The workpiece 

     is automatically grabbed and clamped by the loading robot and loaded into the turntable.

④ On the fixture, the turntable rotates to perform stamping/plasma surface treatment/stamping in place

      /thermal transfer/automatic removal of the unloading material by the robot/automatic delivery of the 

      stainless steel chute;

⑤ The entire top is automatically transferred; the PLC controls the continuous and uninterrupted repetition

      of each mechanical action to achieve the purpose of efficient production.
