1. Equipment features:

  This machine is suitable for flat hot stamping of wine bag lids, plastic lids, and electroplated lids. 

  The divider plus servo drive has the characteristics of high efficiency and stability, high yield rate, 

   simple debugging and after-sales maintenance.

2, the technical points and process flow of the equipment:

①　Connect the power and air source of the machine; and press the power button on the operation panel. 

         When the  green light is displayed, the power is connected;

②　Start the running button of the machine to put the machine in the state of waiting for printing;

③　Pour the workpiece to be hot stamped into the storage hopper of the elevator manually, and lift it into 

      the vibration plate through the elevator. The vibration plate automatically sorts the material.

④　Send the workpiece to be hot stamped to the shift plate position through a single-channel air rail, and 

       automatically grab and clamp it into the fixture of the turntable through the loading robot. The turntable 

       rotates to perform stamping/plasma surface treatment/stamping in place/hot stamping/robotics automatically

        take out the material/stainless steel chute automatically sends it out.

⑤　The entire top is automatically hot stamped; through PLC control, each mechanical action is repeated 

        continuously and uninterruptedly to achieve the purpose of efficient production.
