Suitable for positioning printing on the tops of cylindrical, square, and other shaped products, such as wine caps, cosmetic caps, 

and beverage caps. The equipment operates efficiently and stably, enabling precise positioning and printing at speeds of up to 45-50

 prints per minute. It is easy to operate and maintain.

①The caps to be printed and coded are manually placed on the manual loading platform, where they are slowly transported by a 

      conveyor belt to the infeed and outfeed conveyors.

② The workpieces are transferred to the infeed robot positioning module. After sensing, the robot grabs and loads the workpieces, 

     clamping them to the turntable fixture.

③ The 12-station rotary turntable rotates sequentially, performing stamping, electrostatic dust removal, surface treatment, photoelectric

     pre-positioning, photoelectric precision positioning, flat top and bottom hot stamping, robotic unloading, conveyor delivery, and manual 

     collection, placement, and packaging.

④ This continuous cycle ensures efficient production.
