This machine is suitable for printing small flat surfaces, such as table tennis racket labels, cosmetics labels, toy labels, and other similar small 

workpieces. It prints 15 pieces per die at 12-15 times per minute, with an hourly output of up to 10,800 pieces. This machine is highly efficient, 

stable, and easy to maintain.

2， the technical points and process flow of the equipment:

1) The sign is manually placed on 24 custom fixtures and loaded onto a custom loading conveyor.

2) A linear module drives a pneumatic cylinder robot to grab the fixture plate and unload it.

3) A servo turntable rotates the divider to print the first color, which is then dried and fixed with UV LEDs. The second color is then printed and 

     fixed with UV LEDs. The third color is then printed and fixed with UV LEDs. The fourth color is then printed and fixed with UV LEDs. The fifth color

     is then printed and fixed with UV LEDs. The sixth color is then printed and fixed with UV LEDs.

4) A linear module drives a pneumatic cylinder robot to grab the fixture plate and unload it onto the conveyor.

5) Manual collection, inspection, and packaging are performed.

6) The above steps are repeated, achieving labor-saving and efficient production.
