  Ideal for positioning printing on cylindrical items such as wine caps, cosmetic caps, and beverage caps. It can print two products at a time. 

 The machine operates efficiently and stably, enabling precise positioning printing at speeds of 90-110 prints per minute. It's also easy to 

 operate and maintain.

2， the technical points and process flow of the equipment:

① The caps to be printed are manually placed on the manual loading table. The conveyor moves slowly forward to the high-speed conveyor 

     for transport.

② The workpieces are transferred to the infeed conveyor for distribution and transport, then to the loading position of the robot. After sensing, 

      the robot grabs the workpiece and clamps it into the fixture.

③ The 24-station rotary table rotates sequentially, performing stamping/electrostatic dust removal/plasma surface treatment/positioning/

      screen printing/LED UV curing/hot air surface drying (6-7 seconds)/plasma surface treatment/dynamic QR code printing/LED UV curing/robot

      unloading/conveyor delivery/visual inspection of QR codes/rejection of defective QR codes/manual loading and unloading.
