     This production line is custom-developed for the hot stamping and transfer printing of 7th-generation Haizhilan shells. It features a patented 

mechanical-servo positioning structure, enabling one-pass completion of two key processes: thermal transfer printing and hot stamping, with a 

maximum speed of 34 units per minute.

     Boasting user-friendly operation and labor cost reduction, the machine is also adaptable to similar processes for cosmetics, daily necessities 

and other wine caps. We provide custom non-standard production line solutions for comparable processing requirements.

2， the technical points and process flow of the equipment:

• Operators pour workpieces to be transferred into the hopper of the elevator.

• The elevator automatically lifts the workpieces into the Z-type lifting and sorting machine for lifting, selection and sorting.

• The sorted workpieces are automatically conveyed to the feeding conveyor belt of the main machine.

• The servo motor rotates to grab and clamp the workpieces onto the fixture shaft of the turntable automatically.

• The 16-station rotary turntable rotates sequentially to perform the following operations in turn: clamping in place → static electricity removal → stepping motor rotation combined with photoelectric positioning → servo motor rotation combined with photoelectric positioning → thermal transfer via servo motor-driven fixture shaft rotation → hot stamping via servo motor-driven fixture shaft rotation → 90° servo motor rotation for workpiece picking and unloading → automatic conveying via the belt. Thermal transfer and hot stamping are completed automatically; paper feeding and rewinding are executed automatically upon process completion.

• The above actions cycle continuously to realize non-stop automatic thermal transfer and hot stamping, achieving high-quality and high-efficiency production.
